I feel deceived by this body shop. I went here because of previous work done. I'm glad I had my mother-in-law car NOT repaired here. I feel I should've went to Motorcar Collision, 3307 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118.

Keyless System Malfunction appears on my dash after the lack of care of my care in their possession. On Tues 5/18/21, went to pickup care from bod shop & found the battery died, required battery charge. On 5/19/21, battery ok, I returned rental car, then i was dropped off to pick up my car. As I was driving off, I see Wireless System Malfunction. I went to dealer & was told it would be $135 to diagnose the problem. State Farm says this would have to be taken up with body shop because it's not apart of the claim, it's between you and the body shop. So, the end result is I will end up paying for something that should be paid by the body shop. They may do good work. But the care of the vehicle is poor!!!
