Excellent repair service on my car, which had been t-boned. The front office is so on top of things. They answer the phone almost on the first ring, the give realistic timing expectations for the return of your car, they provide guidance on navigating minor things with insurance, and they are efficient. The only reason I am not giving a 10/10 is b/c my rental had a few minor issues. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be back in the future!

They did a great job repairing my car! I did have to take it back to have a sensor fixed twice but both times they gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on mine.

They did good work, but I received a quote from another shop for $700 less. Ok, whatever, perhaps the aim.is to get as much as possible from the insurance company. Sadly this likely adds up to higher premiums for everyone. Again, whatever. but making the customer pay the CC fee seems like a money grab. Fold that into the insurance side. My deductible is $500, not $520

The end result was fine. But I was called to pick up my vehicle and it was a visible small dent with paint removed on the passenger back door from the accident.

bodywork looks perfect, paint job was very bad with specks and bubbles everywhere. there is also light on my dash that i believe is the automatic beam adjustment error light
