the costumer service lady was really nice at first and got me in quickly but when I would called after a few day to see if the part had come in (because I had not heard anything from them) I was met with attitude and did not receive proper “normal” repair shop details about what exactly was being dont to my vehicle and how long it would take to get the parts in and how long it would take to repair—it was super inconvenient because I had to pay out of pocket for a rental which I was aware of on my part but was met with little to no details about when the vehicle would be fixed—I’ve never experienced anything like that from a body repair shop they are always detailed with estimates and always walk me through exactly what is going to be done with the vehicle and how long it will take exactly (not just a guess). I will not be coming back to this repair store again in the future.
