The repair was delayed four times with no notice. I would get a notification that the car would be ready on a specific date, then I would come in person to receive my car only to be told that the car was not ready. The company felt very unprofessional. Surely workers should have known that they are still waiting on a "spare part" that had not been delivered. The company could have easily updated the website or given me a call in advance. Instead, I left work early under a false pretense only to be told that the car is not ready. This was a disappointing experience.

The date has been extended at least 7 times w/o explanation. It was hard to plan not knowing when the car would be ready. Called several times with seemingly "template" explanation - the car is in "final" assembly but everyone is currently at lunch. That aside, the work performed was very high quality with no notable issues.

I will recommend this place to people , everyone was nice , it went so smoothly got back car in timely matter was notified on how the repairs were going , when we went to pick up our car we had an extra surprise our car had the best car wash ever from top to bottom
