The vehicle repair was excellent. I really appreciate the extra effort taken is cleaning my vehicle before delivering it to me. The only issue I believe i s worth noting, is that your techs should probably not armorall the steps leading into vehicles. This is not a complaint, merely a suggestion, as I nearly slipped off of the step when I entered the vehicle.

When I went on to collect my car, the trunk was not property installed. it was not aligning the rest of body and there 2 other small issues. They fixed it and I got the car next day but this brings up a question does anyone actually quality check the work . Also the front desk receptionist was not helpful, she talks a lot but doesn't give the information needed unless you keep asking her. It is fine to have small talk but I am there ti get my car fixed so little bit more focus on that would be nice.
