I was skeptical about how the Paint match would turn out given it’s fairly complex color/ shade from what I understand. Deep Pearl, black during the day and dark blue under a streetlight with the metallic glitter going on but they nailed it on the head. From what I’ve seen it looks spectacular. And honestly looks better than before thanks to whoever waxed/polished/buffed or whatever the whole car removed plenty of other minor scratches and things that were there beforehand. Made it all blend together really well, I thought I would be able to tell the body panels apart on what got painted and what didn’t, but I can’t even tell where they started or ended the work. I do notice some “orange peel” but that’s just a given with paint jobs and comes factory on most Toyotas anyway haha. 10/10 craftsmanship thank you to the boys in the back really nailed it. Chefs kiss. And Nicole was awesome too. She’s super nice and cool made the whole process not such a drag. Thank you MB collision in Redlands for a job well done.

The initial repair was very disappointing to say the least. The bumper that was replaced did not match the color of my car. I would have thought that the professionals would have noticed that the colors were mismatched. It was ultimately mixed but disappointed that me as a customer had to point that out. Vanessa is amazing…she is dedicated to her job and amazing with customer service.
