They should have discovered the scratches before I did. Now I’ll have to return the car to the shop and I’m not sure the insurance will cover the rental because that moulding was not part of the accident

Upon closer inspection I found scratches on the rear window Z moldings that were not there. They’ll order tried to buff them out but it didn’t work. Jose the Manager and Cindy said they’ll order a new molding and have Vanessa call me when it’s here.

Zero communication, when calling they didn’t answer and had to send email to get an update on my car. Also, when receiving my car the sunroof was slightly open (no work was done to the sunroof which is fine if you want to open it while you work) but I only found this out when turning the car off and it beeped that something was opened. Why didn’t the worker double check this sound before he got out especially if it’s an awareness beep? Wouldn’t you want to make sure the car is fine ?? No beeps?

I have never seen a service provider as communicative, upfront/transparent, and friendly as MB. My truck took a little longer and needed some extra work after inspection - the team seemed ok with that and eager to get me back in my vehicle. Really appreciated the service level.
