MB collision has been agreat company to work with. They were done with my car in 4 days it was completely repaired and it looks brand new. I would also like to give Vannesa at the front desk a shout out she was extremely helpful in explaining how every thing worked. She is very good at her job and also personable. Everyone was great. I highly recommend this company. I am very happy with the end result.

The car looks brand new. I did not have much communication with the guys in the repair shop. Till they called me and told me it was completed and I was shocked that they got it done that fast and then when I saw it I was really happy that it looked so good. I will always recommend MB collision for their work.

Text messages I received told me my car would be ready by 4pm and if not, I would receive a phone call. This happened 3 times and I did not receive a phone call any of these days though my car wasn't ready. Many times I called and there was no answer to my phone calls because the person was on another call (main phone number). I am pleased with my car, not with service aspect. The last time I had my car fixed there everything was excellent. Don't know what you changed?
