This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front lady Venessa has been rude from the first interaction. Our car is still not fixed as of today, and even though I mentioned to her that the claim shouldn’t be closed as they are still waiting for parts, she marked all repairs are complete and sent that to Geico. Jose was nice to work with and helped to get our car released after nearly 5 weeks of wait.

I appreciate the concern and the attention to detail when it came to the damage of my vehicle. Yes the projected ETA was being pushed further and further from the original date. But the final result was incredibly. Thank you for the car wash and the interior detail. Much appreciated and god bless.
