The people who work there, the receptionist and Isaiah were wonderful. I believe some were not as honest. I got contradictory messages about the status of my car. Those who worked with my rental were excellent and it was much appreciated. The total time my car was there was 21 days after being given a estimated time of 8 to 10 days. Given any extenuating curcumstance it would have been nice if I had been alerted to them instead of my seeking a status for myself. In my opinion integrity is paramount. A few people had it. Overall I am happy with my car.

Car looks amazing. Work wise every thing was perfect. Just took a month to finish was told would be done the 24th and it just kept pushing it back 15 more days. The tire pressure don't work any more bring it by today.

I think they missed a small dent in the repair area, I think I have overspray on my windshield and when I arrived they had to buff out a little on the side door. I don’t think there was a pre-delivery inspection. I also asked for some touch up on my paint as I have chips in other areas. I did ask if it could be included, but willing to pay more - just let me know especially since it’s there, paints mixed etc. The people checking me in and out were great - I just think it’s a process concern and missed opportunity to take some of my money in exchange for a little paint while it was there for paint.
