Vanessa was kind and helpful w this unfortunate incident. Nicole was communicative and I so appreciate the text messages to keep me informed of process. Brand new Truck was available 2 days prior to promised and it looked great. Just like new.

I like the communication and friendliness, I would likely recommend but I would advise them to be thorough with communicating everything they wanted fixed so there are no mistakes

The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful, that is a 10/10! But there were some things I wasn’t happy about, I’ve been meaning to contact you guys about it. It’s two things- the first is that the front bumper has scratches still from the accident, it wasn’t replaced. The second, is that whatever was used to clean the inside of my car has left a white chalky residue that I will have to clean. Other than those 2 complaints, everything else is great

From first phone conversation while still on the road while heading home on a road trip to dropping off my truck, Vanessa was amazing on giving me all the proper information on what to expect and keeping me informed. The information that was passed on through text kept me informed about what time line I was to expect. I will definitely remember and recommend to all friends and family that need the same service.
