Seems to be missing a clip in the trunk on the side of the repair that causes the unsecured lining trim to sag.

The vehicle turned out great with good quality. just took forever to get it back. Had multiple dates given as to when it would be ready, but the date was pushed back time after time.

Everyone was welcoming to my son and I. Ryan gave me updates regarding progress on my vehicle. That lovely lady I think Ashley was very hospitable when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Another gentleman (pardon me but I'm so terrible with names), distracted my son by offering him juice. Everyone was absolutely empa6amd professional and I couldn't have chosen a better location to fix my window. God bless you all abundantly and thanks for all you do.
