Took an entire 30 days to do the repairs then wasn’t actually completed. I had to return my car to get the wheel fixed that was over looked ignored I don’t know what but I know it was dismissed by the shop stating insurance wouldn’t cover it. Then when I get my car back the second time my spare tire, Jack, jumper cables, and cover from that compartment were just thrown into the back of my car and not put back where it belongs. They took the spare tire out, not me.

Vehicle hood has smudges on it that did not come off after running the car through a car wash. Trunk also has similar smudge. Under hood, plastic screws missing from plastic panels located above tire on both passenger and driver side.

Our spare tire popped out after a wreck and I expected them to at least make sure it could go back under the car. I now have to check myself, and if it doesn't work we will no longer have a rental for repairs.

Looks great. Took longer than expected due to first bumper not fitting properly but looks great after 2nd bumper. Good attention to quality. I would rather wait and do it right than getting sub par quality.
