Looks great on the outside, but once you’re in and driving, it is not the same vehicle. If it wasn’t able to be repaired as it was before the wreck, something else should have been done.

I was t-boned in a car wreck. The two doors were replaced and look great on the outside. On the inside, the window tint is messed up, the automatic window for the drivers side no longer works. There looks to be a ligature mark on my steering wheel that I don’t understand how came to be there. When I dropped the vehicle off I explained that the front end was sounding funny when I drove in and it is still feeling and sounding the same. My vehicle was at the collision center for a month, and this is not the condition that I expected it to be in when I picked it back up.

Lauren was AMAZING. She kept us informed even letting us know we had an oil leak not related to the accident I was involved in. I appreciated this as it was problem with our mechanic who had just done an oil change a few days before the accident. I am crazy busy at work and Lauren made it very easy for drop off and when I came to get it. My truck looks great just like it did before :)

I had a door handle replaced and was told I'd pay less than 200 with labor taxes and fee but whenever I went to pick up I was told I owed 332. Also, the door handle doesn't sit flush against the door itself like the other one on the other side. I being generous with the 6
