I scheduled dropping my truck off for repairs 3 weeks ahead of time. I was told to drop it off that Monday and it would be ready by that Friday. They didn't start working on it until that Friday. I should have gotten a call to reschedule so I didn't have to have a rental car (that Nationwide paid for) for an extra week.

Repairs to the front end took a little over two weeks, communication overall was great. However, when I came to pick up my car the first time it was missing clips and had a flat tire. Which resulted in having to make a second trip up there a few days later. The interior of my car was very dirty upon pick up. (Several dark handprints and marks on the seat and door)
