You had my car over three weeks, and I had to call to get information about when it would be ready. When you said you would call back you didn't. I was really unhappy that my car and I did not seem to be a priority. I don't expect preferential treatment, but if this is the way you treat all people, I'm sure you have no repeat customers, I know we will never come back here.
