Still having problems after picking up car. I paid deductible through email. When my son went to pick up the car, he paid the deductible again. I checked with my bank and my car wasn't used even though The McCarthy Group now has all my info. Since the car wasn't fixed within 30 days, our insurance company is charging us for the rest of the days we had the rental
