I did like the ability to get text comments/update on my car. Aaron did contact me when he knew there was going to be a delay. That was very helpful to get that information as it occurred. The repair was delayed but since I was driving one of your loaner cars, this did not stress me out nor bother me. If I had had the expense of a rental car, I would not have been nearly as unbothered about the delay.

Slow process with multiple promised dates missed. Wires not clipped back to factory locations. One plug not even plugged back in, cover plates not reinstalled. Missed a major item on orignal estimate which pushed the return date back multiple days. Panel gaps up to 3mm different. Paint and body work spectacular.
