I had to call to get updates. Once I did call, they were very good responses. There was one part that came in damaged, so that delayed me getting my car back on time which I had to call to enquire about it. Very friendly service though.

Most of the work was as expected. However, the automatic side view mirrow was defective, as I discovered immediately after getting the car back and paid for it. Apparenrl, they had not checked it. I am still hassling with them now three weeks later. They seem to be trying to figure out how to pay for a new one, as the old one was no longer under warranty. I recommend going over everything they have done to be sure it has been completed satisfactorily.

I have been waiting until last February to have a roof reinforcement installed to prevent buckling on the roof panel on my 2024 Colorado. When Lauren arrived at Mccarthy Collision Center, she took charge in ordering my parts, scheduled an appointment, and completing repairs on my roof in 2 days. Thank you to the body tech Todd on his attention to detail making sure my Colorado had a quality repairs. Thank you again and if needed, I will return and use Mccarthy Collision in the future.
