Took a week (7 days) to paint a rear bumper cover on a Malibu. Far too long. Also, I was told my car would be ready by 130 pm on the pickup day; I got there at 530 pm and cleanup still hadn't touched my car. The body shop estimator, Aaron, did a quick wash on my car. It was a terrible wash job. I don't blame Aaron except for telling me my car would only take 2 or 3 days to complete. He was just trying to get me my car. Not good customer service. If the employees know the paint booth is backed up, they should tell the customer a more realistic timeline. Not 2 or 3 days.
