The entire experience dealing with McCarthy Chevrolet was remarkable! Everything was ready for me when I brought my vehicle in to be repaired. The timing was impeccable when getting my rental car. I was informed of the progress when getting toward the end of repairs. Aaron was awesome as well as everyone I spoke with there. Most of all my car looks amazing! Just as it did before the accident. I'm extremely dissatisfied with McCarthy Chevrolet's customer service. I've done a large bulk of business with McCarthy, starting with Ryan in Olathe. Great experience with him. Smooth, fast, easy. I opted to purchase my new vehicle from the Lee's Summit group and everything was great all the way until AFTER i purchased my vehicle. They "misplaced" my title. My wife had tried calling the dealership numerous times to inquire about the whereabouts of the title with ZERO return phone calls. To the point, they were forcing us to drive illegally! It took me calling and being transferred to 7, and no that's not being dramatic, voicemails to tell the receptionist i was not hanging up until I spoke with someone. STILL NOONE PICKED UP!! I left a message with Susan or Sharon(too frustrated to remember a name). She called me back and ADMITTED they lost my title and "took responsibility" that noone called me back. I had a trip planned with my family, but not wanting to risk legal ramifications, we cancelled our trip because our vehicle was not properly registered and I didn't want any more fees (on top of the late one received at the DMV). THEN.....I got a letter after all the debacle from McCarthy in Lees Summit stating that it would be another 30 days!!! Horrible experience with the back end folks. They should be ashamed for treating a customer that way.

My vehicle was brought to your shop due to extenuating circumstances, (i.e. rear-ended by salesman). I reside 85 miles away from the dealership. I was given a loaner vehicle during the repair and gassed it up prior to returning it, only to find my vehicle had about 1/8 of a tank of gas. That was very inconsiderate to return it to me on empty!
