I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with McCarthy Collision Center, everyone starting with the receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant, and nice to talk to, Brent Mendel handled my estimate in a fast and professional way. I especially liked the text updates on the progress of my repair, and how Brent informed me about my repair when it was going to be more than what was estimated originally. You can be very proud of your employees, because they are treating the customers royally!

They broke my rear view mirror then told me I did it. Then later on I found my door is messed up also insalation is hanging out of door and they almost broke off my cross off the dash

I was very happy until the last day. The date for me to pick up my vehicle had already been extended one and I was fine with that. But then on the day I was actually supposed to pick up my car I had called to notify you that I would be there very close to 6. I called at 552 when I was on my way down the street to let you know that I would be there. But when I got there right all of your life for of your building was locked and your employees were pulling out of the driveway. Forcing me to rent a car for an extra day. You said that you close at 6 that you left at 6. Also it does not matter the amount but there was change taken from my car and it's the principle of the matter.
