It took weeks which is fine but I had to follow up a lot. When I picked it up I pointed out an issue and was told to wait and see if it’s still a problem in a few days (water/condensation in the taillight). I think this should have been addressed and written up with a follow up. I should not have to follow up on this issue. I will need this fixed. It literally got worse as the day went on. Clearly it’s no longer sealed and the person who walked me through the repairs agreed it was not like that when I dropped it off. On a good note. The employees are very friendly which always makes it easier.

I understand i got my car back the day after the date promised because it couldn't be cleaned on time. This cost me rental car fees. Otherwise everything went well and communication was good.
