I would receive updates from an AI assistant, but any real updates I had to talk in person, or over the phone if I eventually got my contact on the phone.

Communication was low unless I reached out for updates, person in charge of my car was not the best with keeping to his word on when things would be done, when updates would be given, or when I would receive a call. Overall felt like I was smooth talked rather than truly taken care of. Had to make demands rather than the team offering to make things right.
