Your billing process where the customer pays early for parts is not reflected in your invoice / billing statement. This is completely confusing. On top of that credit card charges (parts plus remaining charges) did not match the total on your billing invoice. I was told you have two systems that do not talk to each other. Totally confusing especially when I have to explain this to the person who will pay for the accident damage they caused and asked me to get repaired and they would reimburse me. Very disappointing and when asked to talk to the manager he did not make himself available even when the front desk lady went and talked to him, even though he was in his office on his computer.
