I really appreciated them commenting on the status of my car through every step. They even got me my car when I needed it done, I think staying late to calibrate it. The repairs look great and my long trip home went very well. Thank you for getting me in quickly and doing a fantastic job!

Automatic text messages were used to keep me updated. One text informed me that my car would be ready at 4pm on Friday and if not, someone would call me. I drove from Raymore Missouri to the shop in Olathe, only to be told the car was not ready and they were waiting on a part. I was upset and expressed my Suprise that I had not been called. I was informed by the lady at the front desk that these were automatic text messages, and not to be taken at face value. Why send them, if they do not mean anything? I was given an apology when I asked for it, reluctantly. My impression was that it was my fault that I had driven all the way to Olathe. I was very dissatisfied. I will not recommend your facility to anyone I know.
