It took more time than the initial estimate for repair time, which is completely understandable, but I wish it would have been communicated to us. I had to call to check and the insurance interface was what clued us in on the extended time. Otherwise, the car looks great and the service reps were friendly and helpful.

Folks were friendly and helpful, the only reason I don't give a ten is because I believe the extra time for ordering parts could have been communicated directly via phone call. I had to call and check in.

I thought the chrome trim piece on the passenger sliding door was getting replaced because of the dent. It’s not a huge deal. I was just a little disappointed. Everything else was top notch!

Was very pleased you guys fixed my back panel and front door along with my back door that was replaced, car looked like it was waxed and I think you guys cleaned my dashboard, I’m very pleased with the work you did an excellent job, I will recommend you guys to my family and friends.
