Car looks great. Can’t tell where the passenger side back door was repaired; it looks like it was never damaged.

The repair process was organized and the estimated work days was accurate. The staff texted repair updates and arranged a rental car. They used Subaru parts which was important to me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had one other repair estimate and the White Collision estimate compared very favorably. After the repair, I couldn’t tell where the damage was. Paint was blended perfectly.

Great paint match! Dropoff and pickup were very much appreciated! I’m really glad I was warned in advance there might be repair charges added after the bumper was removed. The way insurance had you do the paint charge was strange and I’m glad you explained that when I picked up the car.

I felt very welcome, that my opinion counted. They were very clear and charged me exactly why they quoted. Both gals in the office are exceptional at customer service. I trust this store and we all know how hard it is with vehicle repair shops to find that kind of old school honesty.
