Great job on my vehicle. I was kept up-to-date via text which was nice. Moe was very honest and upfront with what needed to be done. He was personable and followed through with me. will be returning first thing Monday morning due to concerns with the quality of work completed on my vehicle. I picked my truck up Thursday afternoon, and by Saturday the paint was already peeling, which is extremely disappointing. In addition, the hydraulic system was removed from the rear of my truck and was not replaced. Since picking up the vehicle, it drives noticeably different, and that change is concerning. I have done business with Clarity Collision before and returned because of my prior experience and confidence in their work. I was actually prepared to applaud and commend the quick turnaround and service, but at this point I have a hard pause. Speed means very little if the quality and attention to detail are lacking. I’m hoping this can be corrected promptly and professionally.

I returned to Clarity Collision because I had done business with them before and previously had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time was different. What made matters worse was not just the workmanship, but the response. When I raised my concerns, they were denied instead of addressed. I expected accountability and a willingness to make things right. Very disappointing experience.

It is pretty good.. I really give the collision section a 10/10 but it was a manager on the other side McLarty Mazda that was needing better customer service but I haven’t ran into him lately.

I will not recommend this place nor take a vehicle here again. They had my truck 3 weeks for a minor repair. I left messages for follow ups and Moe did not call me i had to keep calling him. i do not recommend this place

The workmanship was great. My only complaint was that you kept my car way too long. Most people cannot do without there car that long.
