Was the first time goin to this body shop and starting from the front desk everybody was friendly. Car took a little longer than I was expecting but they took their time to make sure my car was 100% back to normal. Thank you everybody.

When I drop my cars off at McMahon I have no doubts it’s going to come back in excellent condition.

The only improvement I’d suggest is communication around timing of where my car is in the process. I thought the repair was taking longer than usual and had to call to find out the car was pretty much done but just waiting for a replacement emblem that arrived damaged. It would help me coordinate where I’d need help with transportation if I had a better understanding of how much longer I’d be without my car.
