Hello My Start/Stop system was working before the accident, and since the repair it has not been working. Can you please help the body shop needs to check the vehicle for any stored fault codes and verify that all wiring, sensors, and the battery-related components affected by the collision are functioning properly

Edgar did a very good job except I had to push to get a front end alignment done. My car was hit in the front left and there was pushback to only take it for a test drive. I need confirmation that my Alignment was correct, in my car is back to 100%.

Told the forest appointment would be 45 minutes and it was 10. Told my car had repairs done and the insurance company received estimate about 10 minutes later. When up vehicle noticed the bottom panel wasn’t aligned very well. Didn’t want to do anything and I had to come back to talk to manager who made it right. I’ve dealt with caliber many years ago and had a very positive experience. I was surprised at the lack of customer service this time.
