I absolutely love this place!! Greg was FANTASTIC made everything easy and was always available to talk to, kept me updated and responded fast! His service was above and beyond! ALL of the staff at this location was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them! I appreciate them making a bad situation a simple and stress free process! My car by the way turned out perfect! Nick communicated regularly and politely, and the lady at the front desk is always nice. I wish bad drivers would stop driving into my car but Caliber has taken care of me.

Nick from Caliber Collison in Algonquin, IL was awesome to deal with. He updated me with the progress of my vehicle. He and the manager also extended my rental when my insurance rental coverage was capped out. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work. Tardiness of the estimator to the initial appointment (40 min late to the agreed upon time) left a poor first impression, but I was glad to see the paint matched, which was my biggest worry, and that the body work seems fine so far. Very helpful front desk receptionist.
