Kept changing my pick up time throughout an entire week/week and half. I would cancel and rearrange my schedule and appointments i had because I would be told it would be ready by the end of a certain day yet I would wait around til the end of the day just to get told my vehicle is actually not ready causing me to waste my time and have to wait more and more days. Also disappointed by the lack of professionalism calling me through random personal phone numbers instead of the company phone like I had been waiting on and expecting.

In the beginning, it was great! But then the site lost Internet and phones when I was trying to connect with them, because it was confirmed for pickup. The Customer service center, because calls were forwarded, was horrible and couldn't answer any questions I had. Nor did they know anything about the site.
