Overall, great job. Jeep looks great and I'm happy with the results post-accident. However, my head rest keeps popping out. My sales rep tried fixing before I left, but it only helped temporarily. I need it fixed, right now three band aid solution isn't working.

We were extremely impressed with our service. Communication was great and there was always someone to answer our questions. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and patient. Israel (sp?) went above and beyond to help us get the car fixed in a timely manner. He was a great communicator, he did everything he could to get my daughter’s car fixed so she could get back to Wisconsin on time, and he fully explained everything to us. We were not only impressed with the customer service both of these employees gave us, but the workmanship on the car was impressive as well. Thank you!!!!

I was very happy on the way however it was repaired no damage at all. The Ram 2025 seems better than the accident that was made. Very surprised it was all fixed before the due date to be picked up ♥️
