"John was amazing. He covered for Steve and made sure to provide me with an update, which I really appreciated. Steve was helpful, he gave me a walk through of my vehicle and what was repaired. One area for improvement would be communication regarding vehicle completion and pickup times. I called on Wednesday (9/9) to confirm that my vehicle was still on track for pickup on Friday (9/11) and was told that it was. However, I was not given an estimated pickup time or contacted on Friday to let me know that additional time was needed. As a result, I took a Lyft to the location expecting my vehicle to be ready, only to find that it was not. I then had to take another Lyft home and return later. A quick follow-up call or text would have prevented the additional transportation expense and inconvenience. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service I received. Hopefully, I won’t need"
