While my Progressive App sent me to your shop, I don't feel things are done in a timely manner. I was without a vehicle for a very long time and it seemed it took weeks to get parts.

Cheryl was amazing and helpful. I FEEL my vehicle could have been done faster than 7 weeks; almost like y'all kept it and tried to add on more so insurance would pay more. An alignment wasn't done until week 6, and the car was hit from behind so I thought that should have been standardly done sooner.

Unfortunately we have had a few vehicles damaged from other drivers but Melâs always gets them back to us in the best shape. Repairs are fantastic and the timeframe is always great. We wouldnât take our vehicles to anyone else.
