Just the frustration of having to point out the obvious flaws on the finish and then having to call my insurance company and ask for an extension on the rental?

There was quite a few particals in the clear coat that needed cut and buffed out. After the 3rd round I finally accepted the finish. I was totally disappointed that this bodyshop would let something like that go out the door? Quality Control was nonexistent when i came to the final product. The final product was good but why did i have to go over the workmanship? Why wasn't it done to a basic standard factory finish?
