Took way longer than expected, had to keep calling to stay informed, ended up with a wrongly installed windshield wiper that got broken to reinstall the correct way, called afterwards to see if the part had been ordered for me and it hadn’t even been ordered yet. once again not kept updated on the situation or timeframe of anything

Excellent work! My car looked good as new and the arrangements with rental car drop off/pick up made it really convenient. They stuck to the timeline they told me for repairs and I honestly have no complaints.

While the repair that I needed done seems to be done well, the mechanic killed me battery, blamed me for “wear and tear, then tried to sell me a battery and starter for $750. In addition, when I retrieved the car, the inside of my car was blanketed in dust and there was a different car’s internal light sitting on my seat. Also when dealing with them over the phone, they consistently would tell me they would call me back with information but never did, then they acted confused and blamed me for not calling them even though I made it clear that I work night shift and sleep during their open times. It was just extremely unprofessional and I had to buy a battery from autozone and install it myself just so I could go to work later that day with 3 hours of sleep.

What they remembered to repair looks great but it took a long time. What they forgot to repair is annoying. They also weren't very proactive about communicating. I had to call for updates.
