I appreciate Crystal and the rest of the team for getting my vehicle taken care of. Although it took longer than expected, no fault to Memphis Collision, I was satisfied. Recently I heard a clicking sound on my car after I had gotten it back from them, it was repaired by Honda. I brought it by, they drove it to see what I was talking about, and diagnosed AND fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!

Only if Mr Webb and current service manager are there. Otherwise I'd say go elsewhere, because upper management isn't customer committed.

Mr. Webb and service manager went out of their way to to assist me when events beyond their control caused my repair time to be extended. I give them two thumbs up. However, if my opinion was based on upper management response to the situation, I would never ever use Memphis collision again nor refer anyone. Office staff too are to be commended.
