VERY DISSATISFIED: Haylee & I were on the same page in the beginning with Collisionworx Express & my insurance company - UNTIL AT THE VERY END - when she told me I had a dead battery. (My car had been at your company for a LONG TIME! My car had 7,892 miles on it!) Haylee told me she had sent back to my insurance company that my insurance company might could pay for part of a new battery & me pay part of it! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! Then, Haylee told me I didn’t drive my car enough! NOT SO! I DROVE MY CAR EVERY DAY. MAYBE NOT FAR AT A TIME - BUT I DROVE IT EVERY DAY! Then, Haylee told me I was going to have to take my car to the dealership & get a new battery under warranty. ALL OF THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!! Maybe someone at this body shop left a light on or something & caused the battery to die?!?!? Haylee wasn’t even willing to discuss that aspect of it. The body shop wasn’t willing to take that responsibility!!!!!! This should NEVER have even been discussed with me, the customer!!!! That made me very angry, upset, etc. Haylee was putting me in the middle for the body shop’s benefit!! That is no way to run a business! When my husband & I went to pick my car up, my husband said he wasn’t going to argue with the body shop. The body shop jumped my car off & we took it straight to the dealership. LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR ABOUT BEING SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIRS: MY HUSBAND LOOKED IT OVER & HAYLEE EXPLAINED TO HIM ALL THE BODY SHOP HAD DONE. MY HUSBAND WAS SATISFIED, NOT ME, BECAUSE I REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT & LISTEN TO HAYLEE! I don’t know where this (my) report will go, but it MUST go on this body shop’s reviews & other places where it will be read. FYI: Please put my report exactly as I have written it!! DO NOT PARAPHRASE IT!!
