I’m not happy with the quality of service I received and the total disregard of what I explained was wrong with my vehicle. I honestly feel as though, the needs of my request was not met. As I explained to the service advisor the issues after picking up my car, and having it rechecked still didn’t resolve anything. Also, the level of communication was poorly handled. I should not have had to consistently call and get updates, this should have been communicated with me as the customer. Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have issued payment in half and not the full amount. My horn was not fixed and my issue with my lights. Me having to return to Texas and have my vehicle re-addressed with another shop is a complete failure on behalf of your shop.

We are both satisfied with the service we received, the accident happened in May driving back through Kentucky, we know that it's hard to get parts and people to work. But you did your best job to get the car ready and allowed us to use it for a wedding in Wisconsin, and then to return it when the part finally comes in. This is the kind of customer service that everybody should expect to get and you definitely step forward! Thanks

I’ve been going here for years!! Suzan is awesome She is very good at taking care of you and informing you about your vehicle and where that at with it.. She even went as far as washing my truck before I picked it up because they were short handed!! You want be sorry!!
