Work not completed and damage to my vehicle. Door they repaired does not open from inside. They damaged paint on hubcaps leaving yellow plastic showing-not yet repaired. Put a clear coat on hood of car which did not fully cover in some areas, leaving divits. Looks bad and afraid it will cause future damage to car. Also, looks like they used strong cleaner on car (maybe to remove wax before repairs?) and some of trim is now discolored. Called USAA twice to resolve. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!!

Rude and dismissive of damage and incomplete work. Representative there said he agreed with issues and would address with manager. Manager called me, told me I should be pleased with the work they did (without ever seeing car to review issues) and while he admitted to the damage they did to hubcaps (originally denied but photo evidence showing they damaged) but refused to say he would fix hood. Spoke down to me and was extremely rude.
