I was referred to Merriam Body Shop from my insurance company after being rear-ended. I dropped my car off to Merriam Body Shop on a Wednesday and it was ready to pick up on Friday. Accidents and car repairs are always stressful, so I was seriously surprised at how quickly my repairs were done. I was even more pleasantly surprised and in awe of the work that was done to my car. It looked like a brand new car. Not only were the repairs done very well, but the outside and inside of my car were amazingly clean. Obviously, the ownership/management change here has come with a significant improvement in the customer service. WOW! I can’t thank them enough for how well I was taken care of. Impressive!
