My car was one week old when I got hit by another car, causing tremendous damage. Metro was amazing from the first phone call. They took care of everything with our insurance company communicated every step of the way with progress on the job and the car came back to us looking like new. Would highly recommend!

The team at Metro Auto Body Shop was very professional and easy to work with. Reed went above and beyond by helping me secure a rental car for the duration of the repairs, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The paint job on my vehicle is immaculate — truly excellent work. The only issue I noticed is with the trunk. It doesn’t open as smoothly as before, and there’s a noticeable clunk when lifting it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations and I’m satisfied with the overall service.

Unfortunately I have had a few accidents with both my cars the last few years but thankfully I was introduced to Metro Auto Body and every time I brought it there to be repaired I was so pleased with their quality of service and repairs. Never before have I ever had the pleasure of dealing with an auto shop -except this one. They are friendly, professional, charismatic and just all around awesome. They are up front, non bullshit and entire staff is cool, how often is that so. Everyone dealt with helped and made me feel extremely comfortable. My kind of shop. If you need any work on Ford or anything if stop by here. They did a fast and amazing job. Very detailed. They and excellent I the care and communication. Also. Shout out to REED.
