I had a great experience with Metro Auto Body. They replaced my windshield and handled the entire insurance process from start to finish, making everything completely stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my car, it was returned fully cleaned and washed, which was a nice touch and showed how much they care about their customers. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a great team overall. I highly recommend Metro Auto Body to anyone in need of auto body or glass repair services.

The shop is tremendous. They repaired the damage, and my car is just like a new one. Absolutely great service, and it’s surprised me that they also cleaned my car inside out. No worry at all. Definitely recommended.

I went right to the auto body shop to inquire about the damage and I think it was Reid who helped me file a claim, he took pictures, and scheduled the repair as I waited. He walked me through the process and helped me speak to the insurance company. I dropped my car off and a week later it’s finished. The work they did was beyond my expectations. It’s like a brand new car. I’m so impressed, it’s like the damage never happened. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and if I ever need anything again I’ll be back. They are the best!

Truly thankful to the entire Metro Auto Collision. Kevin, Reed (not sure of the spelling), and Max are the most qualified to be the front desk customer service representatives. They are friendly. honest, helpful. approachable and had so much patience with customers. Who has so many questions? The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and the vehicle looks brand new. I appreciate the entire team’s attention to detail and professionalism in delivering the highest-quality results. I have been showing off my car and telling my friends & family, if ever they need some sort of damage to their cars, not necessarily an accident, Mwtro Auto Collision is the place to have a satisfactory job.
