Metro is an EXCELLENT shop to have your car repaired and to receive ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. Reed and Kevin truly exemplify customer service at its highest. And the work done, in my case substantial -- the entire driver side of the care, every single panel -- is perfect and performed quickly and efficiently. They even drove the car into Manhattan and delivered it to me when it was complete -- AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

The work done to my vehicle was spotless. However, I requested an inspection to the battery as my car was dead. I was told there were no problems with the battery. Two days later after I picked up my car I was stranded and had to call roadside assistance as my battery died. I wish Metro would’ve done a better job of checking my battery to let me know I needed a new one.
