Our friend highly recommended this body shop and he was right. It was a pleasant experience dealing with metro auto body! The whole staff was welcoming, professional, and courteous. This is my 2nd time allowing Reid to take care of my vehicle not only care but he earned my trust since the first time that he repaired my first car. His service, tone when he speaks is very humble and he makes sure… I believe that each and every individual that walks through your doors feels safe and worried free because he goes above and beyond and delivers his promises and doesn’t give me the run around when I ask for the status of my vehicle. As promised due dates for car repairs are always delivered. I have recommended this shop to friends and family and they feel the same and with that being said I will forever be loyal to them as my to go shop. Thank you metro

I was called at 1PM 7/9 by Kevin and was told that my car would be ready by 4PM EST. I told Kevin I was at the surgical center and would need to return the rental car go to the ATM and I would be there by 4PM. When I arrived "Kevin" was gone for the day on vacation. A THUG sorry he did not give me his name but it wasn't Joe, screamed at me when I told him I was here to pick up the Jeep. "He screamed I called you and the car did not come out right so it's not ready you need to leave it" After some back and forth and 10 minutes later Joe called guess what the car is now ready. The THUG was a tall, white male light hair and arms had tattoos. This guy screamed at me that it is not his responsibility to detail my car??? What who asked you to. I was never told what the issue was with the car not coming out right and at this point I left. This guy called me at 3:30PM EST. and he knew I was to pick up the car at 4PM I wasn't taking a Jet as I needed time to drop off the rental and travel to the shop. This shop needs to get there act together. He expected me to run back to the car rental place on a Friday afternoon and start the process over because someone at that shop dropped the ball. I will NEVER use your shop again and I reported you to Allstate.
