A great gentleman named Reed . From the very first moment i entered the dhop , he demonstrated great intrest, in accommodating me on my needs . With respect and friendliness . First compiling the data to move quickly , foward on processing the information for prompt results with my insurance company and the other party as well . He took interest in my personal needs, to ease my difficulties of the accident. Quickly, to accommodate a car to have while wating for the repair . And proceeding with both company to insure all partys would take charge on their responsibilities. Even after i left the shop , he made me several calls , to inform me as to how things were goin on the procedures on the matters. The personal interest he showed, it was as he had known me from first sight . What a professional and personal touch . This young man performed, with such great interest , that it would make anyone have great confidence on the performance of the repair. I would greatly recommend this compy on behalf of the attention rendered by this great young man call Reed . God bless him. 😔🙏

Metro Auto fixed my car and made it look brand new. You can't even tell I had 2 accidents. They were professional and fast. I thought it would've taken much longer to fix.
