We had no idea it would be so hard to find a body shop to work on an all electric vehicle. Metro Ford did a great job and were very accommodating. They even finished ahead of schedule!

I was very pleased with the repairs and especially the communication from Metro Ford. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service was a high contrast to poor service I received at another Ford dealership in our area a couple months ago. My only disappointment was that my car is electric, and when I picked it up, the battery was almost dead, and I couldn’t drive to my next destination. The battery was significantly drained from when I dropped it off, so it would have been thoughtful to return it with a full charge.
