Recenty picked up my car from the body shop, looks great! Good communication from everyone involved. Also a shout out to Donnie and Liz in the service department who always provide friendly, professional service. All in all an excellent experience!

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with! Their knowledge on the cars are excellent and they did a great job fixing the damage on my car. They did everything to make sure my car came back to me the way it was before the damage happened.

Truck was a week late with different answers as to why when I called asking for updates. Picked truck up with over spray on passenger side or hood, roof & bed. Random part sitting in back seat of truck. Money missing from cab of truck (dollar coin that was in coin holder). Personally will never give Metro Ford a dime again or consider them for anything.

First of all, the staff was fantastic at the body shop. My only concern was the delay in getting the vehicle back when it was promised. I understand how work and get delayed. My suggestion would be in the future is that they add on more time to get the vehicle back rather than asking for extensions after the time to get the vehicle back has expired. But all in all the experience was pretty good with metro and I would use them again
